  I dealt with the assistant manager, Dylan, and he was spectacular. He was so extremely helpful and worked w me for a while when my phone wasn’t backing up/restoring from the cloud...he immediately greeted me at the door and was just so very very nice. He didn’t try to push anything on me, he didn’t try to sell me anything he just helped me with what I asked for. Idk I walked out of there extremely happy w the service I received and I told myself I want to write a letter to that store or corporate and say how wonderful he was. I had my young son with me and Dylan never once made me feel as if it was anything but....normal...no big deal etc when anyone w a small child knows they get bored pretty quickly and are a handful at times n what I feel is anything but normal at times and all eyes r looking at u judging.... Dylan kept right on being nice and making me feel like it was absolutely no big deal if my son was getting a lil...loud...excited haha I still am planning on writing to corporate because in today’s world we too often focus on the negative and never praise or acknowledge the GREAT! He was great! I will be a forever customer there as long as Dylan is there!!
