  We brought a piece of luggage to this store for zipper repair recently. We were disappointed with their service for the following two reasons: 1). We were told the repair would have been completed in a week's time. When I went there after a week, I was told they haven't even started the work yet. As a result we had to return there for a 2nd time on a later day to pick it up. 2). The repair was not done as expected. They used a zipper that didn't really fit the luggage and the luggage pull was much smaller than the original one. When we asked why it was not fixed to meet the original spec, the staff simply brushed us off and did not provide any measure to mend the issue. For luggage repair, we would not recommend this business. It is better to bring your luggage to a luggage specialty store for repair, rather than a shoe repair store that does luggage repair on the side.
