  I really liked Dr. Emiliani, who retired over a year ago. Since then, Dr. Demyen has been very good. However, the office staff is hit or miss. When I visit the office, they are all polite and cordial. However, when I am calling in they are often less than helpful. They answer the phone "Doctors' Office - May I please place you on hold" and then push hold before the last word is finished, let alone waiting for an answer. They are very rushed to the point of being rude. There also seems to be a lot of miscommunication between various staff members, as messages are frequently never delivered. Bottom line - great doctors, questionable staff.
