  hello.
  after doing a lot of thinking i decided to protect other potential costumers from this Idiot!!!
  Now i will explain everything and you decide if you want to go there.
  before i start i want to mention that i am a pro in computers... maybe you call us hacker (frendly hacker) :) so what i'm saying is that i know computers like my five fingers.
  2 weeks ago i broke my laptop... droped while the microphone was inserted on the side of the laptop and i end up with broken sound card which is attached on the motherboard (main board)... i work verry hard and bearly can find free time for my beautiful family... i really didn't wanted to spend 2-3 hours from my precious free time... so i decided to go to this MORAN (sorry for french) and pay couple extra $ to fix the problem .
  when i got there i told him exactly what the problem was and exactly how to fix it.
  next one week i spend calling him every other day and he was sayng the same all the time... wommorow, wommorow...
  after "7 tommorows" he finaly said to me that he wasn't able to fix the problem. i got there in 30 minutes after a call to pick up my laptop... and what i see.... pretty impresive bill for doing nothing on my laptop "70 $ for hardware scans that he did" :(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
  WHO ASKED HIM TO DO THOSE SCANS I TOLD HIM WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM AND HE WAS SUPOSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM OR RETURN THE LAPTOP. I DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY SCANS... I KNOW WHATS IN MY LAPTOP BETTERE THEN ANYONE I AM A PRO .
  he practicaly take money for nothing.
  and when i went home angry and tired of his chinees english on the way home MY LAPTOP FELL A PART !!!! EVERY SINGLE SCREW WAS MISSING OR ALL THE WAY LOOSE.
  I FINALLY END UP SPENDING 5 HOURS GETTING MY LAPTOP IN ONE WHOLE PEACE... if in fact i didn't knew how to fix the laptop ... i would wind up with at least 300 400 $ to fix that ib best buy
  
  people stay away from this idiot go somwere else
