  My husband and I had an excellent experience leasing a car from this dealership. Our sales rep Doug took immaculate care of us and found us an excellent deal within our budget. We were looking for an all wheel drive car to replace our current lease from another dealership. Not only were they able to get costs below our current lease but they also were able to take care of the rest of our lease payments! Doug was very personable and made us feel like valued customers. He took his time with us and provided excellent service. Everyone was great from the manager to the processor Brian. They all took their time, did not rush us and made sure that we understood all that we were getting. We certainly would recommend Schumacher Chevy to all friends and family as they provided A+ Service!

  I just had a TERRIBLE experience here. I went in with the intention of leasing my third Cruze. I absolutely love the car and was hoping to make another deal. We worked with Armando who was exceptionally nice and helpful. After driving a car, Armando worked with Rod to work up some numbers for monthly payments. The number he came back with was a hundred dollars more a month than I had previously paying so we (I was with my mother) asked why. At this point, Rod interjected and was incredibly nasty and rude to us. He spoke down to us and was incredibly short in his responses. He claimed it was a great deal and I responded that it was not a great deal for me, I needed much lower monthly payments. He then YELLED at me. I am so embarrassed for him that he chose to be so harsh, rude, and nasty with a customer. I have never experienced that in a professional setting. I cannot imagine any industry where it is acceptable to speak to a customer or client in that way. Rod totally ruined Armando's deal. I really wanted to sit and work with him because he was so nice and I do love Chevy's. The worst customer service I have ever had.
